Cancellation Policy

Due to an increased amount of no-show appointment(s) as well as late cancellations we unfortunately have decided to implement a cancellation policy. We understand that this can be frustrating for clients and that ‘life happens’ which we do account for. However please do understand that it is implemented for the clients benefit as we miss the opportunity to fill no-show appointment times and late cancellations. 
 
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. ‘No-show’ appointments will be charged 100%. 
 
Appointments made within the 24-hour period, may not be cancelled. Cancelling will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount of the reserved service(s).
 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. If you are more than 15-minutes late, and we cannot fit in the scheduled treatment(s), we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day, and this will result in a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
